1) The problem → User can't personalize community notification preferences as to how they want to receive the notification like via email or browser notification.

2) Why is this important → Users may want to receive notifications for specific groups or sections and may want to mute others. Via email or browser notification.

3) What's your plan B → Currently users don't have a choice but to receive all notifications sent by the admin of the community
